NRS 548.340 - Conservation district is governmental subdivision; exercise of public powers.
NV Rev Stat § 548.340 (2014) What's This?
A conservation district organized under the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a governmental subdivision of this State and a public body corporate and politic, exercising public powers.
