NRS 548.300 - Removal from office.
NV Rev Stat § 548.300 (2014) What's This?
A supervisor may be removed by the State Conservation Commission, upon notice and hearing, for malfeasance in office, neglect of duty or absence from four consecutive meetings without sufficient cause.
