Chapter 548 - Conservation
NRS 548.290 - Terms of office.

NV Rev Stat § 548.290 (2014) What's This?

1. Each supervisor who is appointed under the provisions of NRS 548.283 shall serve for a term of 2 years.

2. Elected supervisors shall take office on the 1st Monday in January following their election.
