NV Rev Stat § 427A.864 (2014) What's This?
Media outlet means a company or other similar entity that transmits news, feature stories, entertainment or other information to the public through various distribution channels, including, without limitation, newspapers, magazines, radio, broadcast, cable and satellite television and electronic media.
