NV Rev Stat § 427A.1236 (2014) What's This?
All records in the possession of the Specialist for the Rights of Elderly Persons relating to his or her counseling or representation of an elderly person are confidential and must not be released to any other person except upon order of a court of competent jurisdiction or pursuant to NRS 239.0115.
