NRS 427A.060 - Administrator: Appointment; qualifications.
NV Rev Stat § 427A.060 (2014) What's This?
The Administrator shall be appointed on the basis of his or her education, training, experience and demonstrated abilities and of his or her interest in the problems of the aged and aging and persons with disabilities.
