NRS 41.335 - Special damages defined.

NV Rev Stat § 41.335 (2014) What's This?

Special damages are only those damages which a plaintiff alleges and proves that the plaintiff has suffered in respect to the plaintiff s property, business, trade, profession or occupation, including such amounts of money as the plaintiff alleges and proves that the plaintiff has expended as a result of the alleged libel or slander.
