Chapter 391 - Personnel
NRS 391.301 - Employee defined.
NV Rev Stat § 391.301 (2014) What's This?
As used in NRS 391.301 to 391.309, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, employee means a person who:
1. Is employed by a school district in this State; and
2. Is required, as a condition of his or her employment, to hold a license issued pursuant to this chapter.
