NRS 391.059 - Immunity from liability for certain persons who provide information or conduct investigation.

NV Rev Stat § 391.059 (2014) What's This?

Immunity from civil or criminal liability extends to every person who, pursuant to NRS 391.053 to 391.059, inclusive, in good faith:

1. Participates in the making of a report;

2. Causes or conducts an investigation of a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter and who is arrested; or

3. Submits information to the Department concerning a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter and who is arrested.
