NRS 391.057 - Timely submission of information by school district or charter school.

NV Rev Stat § 391.057 (2014) What's This?

The superintendent of schools of each school district and the administrative head of each charter school shall submit all information required by the Department pursuant to NRS 391.055 within the time prescribed by the Department.
