NRS 366.089 - Storage tank defined.
NV Rev Stat § 366.089 (2014) What's This?
Storage tank means any container designed to transport or store fuel, including, without limitation, a fuel tank on a motor vehicle that is used to supply fuel for the propulsion of the motor vehicle.
