NRS 341.140 - Authority to publicize and educate concerning problems of state planning.
NV Rev Stat § 341.140 (2014) What's This?
The Division is authorized to use all reasonable means to promote public interest in the problems of state planning, and to that end may publish and distribute copies of its reports and may employ other lawful means of publicity and education.
