NRS 34.030 - Application for writ made on affidavit; notice to adverse party may be required.

NV Rev Stat § 34.030 (2014) What's This?

The application shall be made on affidavit by the party beneficially interested, and the court or judge to whom the application is made may require a notice of the application to be given to the adverse party, or may grant an order to show cause why it should not be allowed, or may grant the writ without further notice.
