NRS 3.140 - Absence from State; forfeiture of office.
NV Rev Stat § 3.140 (2014) What's This?
A district judge shall not absent himself or herself from this State for more than 90 consecutive days. A violation of the provisions of this section shall work a forfeiture of office.
