NRS 271.240 - Treasurer defined.
NV Rev Stat § 271.240 (2014) What's This?
Treasurer means the city treasurer, county treasurer, or other officer of the municipality upon whom is delegated by law general responsibility for the maintenance of the moneys and other funds of the municipality.
