NRS 271.220 - Street defined.
NV Rev Stat § 271.220 (2014) What's This?
Street means any street, avenue, boulevard, alley, highway or other public right-of-way used for any vehicular traffic, but excluding a sidewalk designed primarily for use by pedestrians.
