NRS 271.175 - Project defined.
NV Rev Stat § 271.175 (2014) What's This?
Project means any structure, facility, undertaking or system which a municipality is herein authorized to acquire, improve, equip, maintain or operate. A project may consist of all kinds of personal and real property.
