NRS 271.055 - Assessment unit defined.
NV Rev Stat § 271.055 (2014) What's This?
Assessment unit means a unit or quasi-improvement district designated by the governing body for the purpose of petition, remonstrance and assessment, in the case of a combination of projects pursuant to NRS 271.295.
