NV Rev Stat § 258.220 (2014) What's This?

Any constable receiving fees as provided by law shall publish and set up in some conspicuous place in his or her office a fee table for public inspection. A sum not exceeding $20 for each day of the constable s omission so to do shall be forfeited, which sum with costs may be recovered by any person by an action before any justice of the peace of the same county.
