NRS 258.120 - Purchasing judgment prohibited; penalty.
NV Rev Stat § 258.120 (2014) What's This?
If any constable shall, directly or indirectly, purchase any judgment, or any part thereof, on the docket of any justice of the peace of the same township, the constable is guilty of a misdemeanor.
