NRS 232.805 - Definitions.
NV Rev Stat § 232.805 (2014) What's This?
As used in NRS 232.805 to 232.840, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. Commissioner means the Commissioner of Insurance.
2. Division means the Division of Insurance of the Department of Business and Industry.
