Chapter 218B - Legislative Districts
NRS 218B.790 - Assembly District 39. [Superseded by the Assembly Districts based on the 2010 Census and approved by the Court pursuant to the Order set forth in the Appendix to
Chapter 218B of NRS beginning at page 218B-72, until the Legislature takes further action regarding apportionment of the Assembly Districts.] Assembly District 39 consists of:
1. Douglas County.
2. In Carson City, in census tract 000300, blocks 2083, 2084, 2085, 2086, 2087, 2088, 2089, 2090, 2091, 2092, 2093, 2094, 2095, 2097, 2098, 2099, 2998 and 2999.
3. In Washoe County:
(a) Census voting districts 720, 723, 727, 730, 737, 739, 740 and 881.
(b) In census tract 003201, blocks 1070, 1072, 1073 and 1074.
(c) In census tract 003302, blocks 1011, 1013, 1014, 1015, 1016 and 1017.
(d) In census tract 003304, blocks 3002, 3008, 4000, 4001, 4002, 4003, 4004, 4005, 6028 and 6029.
