Chapter 21 - Enforcement of Judgments
NRS 21.040 - Return of execution.

NV Rev Stat § 21.040 (2014) What's This?

The execution shall be returnable to the clerk with whom the judgment roll is filed not less than 10 nor more than 60 days after its receipt by the sheriff.
