Chapter 177 - Appeals and Remedies After Conviction
NRS 177.235 - Number of counsel in argument on appeal.

NV Rev Stat § 177.235 (2014) What's This?

Upon the argument of the appeal, if the offense is punishable with death, two counsel shall be heard on each side, if they require it. In any other case the Court may, in its discretion, restrict the argument to one counsel on each side.
