NRS 148.310 - Fraudulent sale: Penalty.

NV Rev Stat § 148.310 (2014) What's This?

A personal representative who fraudulently sells any real property of a decedent contrary to or otherwise than under the provisions of this chapter is liable for double the value of the property sold, as liquidated damages, to be recovered in an action by the person having an estate of inheritance therein.
