NRS 148.100 - Neglect or misconduct of personal representative.

If there is neglect or misconduct in the proceedings of the personal representative in relation to any sale by which an interested person suffers damage, the person aggrieved may recover damages in an action upon the bond of the personal representative or otherwise.
