NRS 711.570 - Holder of certificate: Provision of video service in accordance with certifications made in application.


NV Rev Stat § 711.570 (2013) What's This?

A holder of a certificate shall provide video service in accordance with the certifications made by the holder in each application and affidavit that the holder files with the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 711.500 or 711.520.
