Chapter 711 - Video Service
NRS 711.470 - Certificate required; exceptions.
NV Rev Stat § 711.470 (2013) What's This?
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a person shall not act as a video service provider or construct or operate a video service network in any service area unless the person has obtained a certificate of authority for that service area.
