NRS 711.131 - Telecommunication provider defined.
NV Rev Stat § 711.131 (2013) What's This?
Telecommunication provider means any person required to obtain from the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to NRS 704.330 to provide telecommunication service.
