Chapter 704A - Facilities Placed Underground
NRS 704A.100 - Owner defined.


NV Rev Stat § 704A.100 (2013) What's This?

Owner means:

1. The person in whom legal title appears by recorded deed;

2. The person in possession under claim of title; or

3. The person exercising acts of ownership on the person s own behalf or as the personal representative of the owner, including boards of trustees of school districts owning property within the service district.
