Chapter 656A - Interpreters and Realtime Captioning Providers
NRS 656A.035 - Medical setting defined.
NV Rev Stat § 656A.035 (2013) What's This?
Medical setting means any communication between a provider of health care, as defined in NRS 629.031, and a patient or a person acting on behalf of the patient concerning the provision of health care to the patient.
