NRS 641A.400 - Reinstatement of license after revocation.
NV Rev Stat § 641A.400 (2013) What's This?
One year after the date of a revocation of a license, application may be made to the Board for reinstatement. The Board has complete discretion to accept or reject an application for reinstatement and may require examination for reinstatement.
