NV Rev Stat § 641A.300 (2013) What's This?

All money coming into possession of the Board must be kept or deposited by the Secretary-Treasurer in banks, credit unions or savings and loan associations in the State of Nevada to be expended for payment of compensation and expenses of Board members and for other necessary or proper purposes in the administration of this chapter.
