NRS 641A.265 - Waiver of requirements for continuing education.
NV Rev Stat § 641A.265 (2013) What's This?
The Board may waive all or part of the requirement of continuing education in a particular year if the marriage and family therapist or clinical professional counselor was prevented from fulfilling the requirement because of circumstances beyond his or her control.
