NV Rev Stat § 641A.010 (2013) What's This?
The practice of marriage and family therapy and the practice of clinical professional counseling are hereby declared to be learned professions profoundly affecting public safety and welfare and charged with the public interest, and therefore subject to protection and regulation by the State.
