NRS 636.340 - Restoration of revoked or suspended license. Unless a license is suspended pursuant to NRS 425.540, on or after the expiration of 6 months following the revocation or suspension of a license, an application may be made for the restoration of the license and the Board may, in the exercise of reasonable discretion, restore the license absolutely or upon specified conditions.
