NRS 636.330 - Application for rehearing.
NV Rev Stat § 636.330 (2013) What's This?
If the Board makes a decision which is adverse to the licensee, the licensee may apply for a rehearing within 10 days after the Board announces its decision. The Board shall grant or deny the application within a reasonable time thereafter.
