Chapter 636 - Optometry
NRS 636.200 - Scope of reexamination.


NV Rev Stat § 636.200 (2013) What's This?

An examinee whose request for reexamination has been granted may, at the discretion of the Board or the testing agency designated by the Board to conduct its examinations, be required to retake:

1. The entire examination; or

2. Only the section or sections of the examination on which the examinee did not receive the grade required to pass.
