NRS 636.016 - Advertise defined.
NV Rev Stat § 636.016 (2013) What's This?
Advertise means the commercial use of any medium, including, but not limited to, the radio or television, or a newspaper, magazine, sign or other printed matter, by an optometrist to bring the services or materials offered by the optometrist to the attention of members of the general public.
