NRS 630.080 - Oath or affirmation of office.


NV Rev Stat § 630.080 (2013) What's This?

Before entering upon the duties of his or her office, each member of the Board shall take:

1. The constitutional oath or affirmation of office; and

2. An oath or affirmation that the member is legally qualified to serve on the Board.
