Chapter 618 - Occupational Safety and Health
NRS 618.916 - Photovoltaic system project defined.


NV Rev Stat § 618.916 (2013) What's This?

1. Photovoltaic system project means a project related to:

(a) The installation of a photovoltaic system; or

(b) The maintenance of a photovoltaic system.

2. The term does not include the installation or maintenance of a photovoltaic system before January 1, 2007.
