NRS 597.7612 - Operator defined.
NV Rev Stat § 597.7612 (2013) What's This?
Operator means a person who is designated by the owner of a tanning establishment or by the lessee of the tanning equipment of the tanning establishment to operate or to assist and instruct in the operation and use of the tanning establishment or tanning equipment.
