NV Rev Stat § 584.655 (2013) What's This?

Any record or report made to the Commission pursuant to the provisions of NRS 584.650 shall be confidential and shall not be divulged except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115 and except when necessary for the proper determination of any court proceedings or hearing before the Commission.
