NRS 484A.295 - Trailer defined.
NV Rev Stat § 484A.295 (2013) What's This?
Trailer means every vehicle designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle and so constructed that no part of its weight rests upon the towing vehicle, except a pole trailer.
