NRS 484A.135 - Motorcycle defined.
NV Rev Stat § 484A.135 (2013) What's This?
Motorcycle means every motor vehicle equipped with a seat or saddle for the use of the driver and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, excluding an electric bicycle, a tractor or a moped.
