NV Rev Stat § 484A.040 (2013) What's This?

Center or centerline means a continuous or broken line marked upon the surface of a highway by paint or otherwise to indicate each portion of a highway allocated to traffic proceeding in the two opposite directions, and, if a line is not marked, it is an imaginary line in the highway equally distant from the edges or curbs of the highway.
