NRS 484A.030 - Bus defined.
NV Rev Stat § 484A.030 (2013) What's This?
Bus means a vehicle owned by the State, a political subdivision or a private school or nursery, designed for carrying more than 10 passengers and used for the transportation of persons, or a vehicle, other than a taxicab, designed and used for the transportation of persons for compensation.
