NRS 432.130 - Unlawful release of data or information; penalty.
NV Rev Stat § 432.130 (2013) What's This?
Any person who willfully releases data or information contained in the Central Registry to unauthorized persons in violation of NRS 432.120 or 432B.290 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
