NRS 432.032 - Regulations.
NV Rev Stat § 432.032 (2013) What's This?
The Division, in consultation with each agency which provides child welfare services, shall adopt regulations for the administration of NRS 432.010 to 432.085, inclusive, which are binding upon all recipients and local units.
