NRS 412.552 - Stealing goods of less than $100 value.


NV Rev Stat § 412.552 (2013) What's This?

Any person subject to this Code who wrongfully and fraudulently takes and carries away the personal goods of another, of the value of less than $100, with intent to steal it, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
